Level 1 is all about getting started and Building your Foundation. We go through how to engage your core and how to get into the different positions. There are also tips and guidance on how to modify the positions so you can get comfortable.
Why work with me?
I am a Chartered Physiotherapist, Certified Pilates Instructor and I have years of experience teaching Pilates to women like you, of all ages and abilities. Most of all I love teaching and I think Pilates should be fun!
I know Pilates can have a massive impact, helping you move more easily and feel fitter and stronger. So, my Mission is to bring Pilates to as many women as possible, from all walks of life and make a difference.

As we get older, keeping fit and healthy becomes more important that ever! Pilates Health is designed specifically to meet the needs of women over 40. We work on maintaining and improving muscle and bone strength. We avoid those exercise that can put more strain on the joints and focus on being flexible and strong.
I saved the best until last! Exercise should be FUN with a capital F!! I don’t want classes to be a chore or just another thing you have to add into your busy day. Let’s exercise and have a laugh while we do! After all isn’t having fun what it’s all about?
