Pilates Health Online is tailored to meet the needs of Women over 40 who want to keep fit and healthy but our 5 Days workout is suitable for Women under 40 as well.

 

Hi, I’m Zoe, a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor and this January I am running my¬†FREE 5 Minutes 5 Days Pilates Workout. Each class is around 5 minutes long and will work on a different part of the body.

Day 1: Gluts

Day 2: Arms

Day 3: Thighs

Day 4: Core Control

Day 5: Stretch and Relax + Bonus

We have tried to make the sessions suitable for all abilities and as such we show different levels.

Unfortunately the classes aren’t suitable for you if you have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis.
